房间大，中央空调效果好，卫生间小了点不影响感觉，马桶盖不是缓降的，房间大落地玻璃窗隔音效果好，对着马路没影响。汽车站正北3公里，楼下超市，周边吃饭也方便，关键两点退房厚道。
