入住富豪酒店已经多次，之前都是一家三口过来的，这次是一家四口过来，订的是大床/双床房，备注了尽量安排双床，然后再致电艺龙客服，希望能够安排双床房，然而我来到酒店的时候，居然艺龙方法没有把我的诉求转达给酒店，来到之后没有双床房，幸好前台体谅我一家子入住，免费帮我升级，才有双床，酒店的服务、交通方便、购物方便程度没得挑剔，👍！艺龙，垃圾，是时候换APP囖
