酒店自恃龙岩最大豪华酒店，不愁客源，对入住客户服务热情度很低；网站说的有礼包含欢迎水果，餐饮抵用券，接站和迷你吧软饮，结果到店后除了欢迎水果，其他一概没有，酒店不诚信；凌晨三点客房服务员狂按门铃及敲门，被吵醒后问什么事，居然说是送避孕套的；床单有污渍，卫生方面也不过关；很差的一次入住体验。
