已经是第二次光顾，前台女接待的态度非常有必要改善，感觉她才是上帝，预定的房间有客人所以换了房间，而她肯定房间一定比我预订的好(强调我订的是便宜房，换的房间高大上)，而入住后，电视的噪音非常大，看电视一直嗡嗡嗡嗡，明显电视已经多年未整修，晚上入睡空调的声音非常大，各种模式调整后，失眠到4点，天气热男票又不让我关空调，如果你们能细心到改善这三点，最佳酒店不在话下
