酒店是龙岩最好的酒店，外表非常大气上档次，一下车就有礼貌的礼宾员帮忙拿行李，会将你引领至前台办理入住，办理入住的前台工作人员服务很贴心很热情，微笑很好，整体服务都让人感觉到自然舒适。房间是非常舒适的商务型房间，房间卫生很干净，有着落地窗的格局，景观非常好. 地理位置也很好旁边就是万达广场；周边有很多好吃的小吃，特别棒这个酒店！非常好！强烈推荐！

很有必要跟大家分享下在这家酒店的体验。 别的先不说，疫情防控措施做的是真的好，几乎每一个进店的人都要求佩戴口罩，查健康码，起码我个人觉得这样做保证了住客的安全。到了前台，前台的小姐姐很友善，问了我房间有什么喜好，还给我免费升级了房型。作为一家开业了7年的酒店，房间设施设备维护得还挺好，明亮通透。入住的前台小姐姐说五楼有泳池，行李放完特意下去体验了下，确实舒服啊。 恒温泳池，水温刚好，水质也不错。下午跟朋友去隔壁的万达广场逛了会，就在酒店隔壁，很方便。 晚上去中餐厅，服务员推荐了本地的客家菜，口味很不错，味道秒杀外面的餐馆。 酒店的床也很舒服，不软不硬，一觉睡到天亮。 第二天下来退房，前台小哥还主动送了几个口罩给我，这服务真的好。 年后应该还会再来龙岩，这样的酒店真是爱了爱了

水果没有送，指甲刀还要自己买，特别晚上关门了还没有。其他配套相对还行，达不到真实五星级酒店标准。缺点说完，说优点，地段不错，来龙岩都住这里，干净卫生。
