入住前台服务态度较差，口音很重，略难懂，退换押金甚至用10块零钱凑整。房间卫生间没有排气扇，房间内通风较差。整体设施较为完善，但淋浴喷头也需要维修。另外，房间座椅存在明显油污。作为星级酒店，总体来讲不是很令人满意。

下单时没任何提示，我选择20时前到店还要担保，结果到酒店告诉我这是夜宵房，要晚上12点以后才能入住，马上入住加40元，只能乖乖加钱，这分明就被坑了。
