以前一直住这家酒店，感觉还好，性价比较高，这次住的超级不爽，初一入住、初四离店，入住当天被告知调整价格，我提前一个月左右订的酒店，没有任何人联系说是服务员点错了，要调整价格的事情，到了酒店办理入住的时候被告知，我还一直以为自己抢了特价房间，入住的三天洗漱用品就提供了一次，反正自己带上了，也无所谓，最郁闷的是退房的时候说我们消费了泡面和王老吉，我滴天呐！我当场就和客服说了，有消费就有消费，没有就没有，不能乱扣帽子啊！客服让我打电话问亲戚朋友是不是有消费，我当场都快气晕了，硬是不肯办理退房，这个酒店我至少住了七八年了，几乎每次回去都住这家，有了家的感觉，这次实在无语了，我随便说了句以后不敢住你家了，即便住还得核对一下东西是否齐全，客服说了句，住不住是你的自由，我～，哎～
