客房卫生很差，服务态度也一般般，难道我们住副楼的就应该得到这种服务吗？前台有一个美女服务不错不知道是不是经理反正是老员工了谢谢您，主要希望副楼客房卫生改善地毯也脏，哎😣

每次到那里都住这酒店，现在感觉客房卫生不是很好，地毯特脏，客房服务也不好开门进去不说一声关上门就走了哎真的想投诉，前台那个应该是经理服务不错所以都忍了

酒店地理位置不错，外观看上去也是比较大气，说是准五星水平，还有不少细节还有差距。床单有补丁，热水器的水不热，楼下的健身房也是外包的。
