酒店位置方便好找，酒店管理人员服务水平、应急服务软硬件都应加强。入住恰遇停电，无应急电源、电话不通、应急通道不畅，一小时后总台只有一问三不知的小姑娘，经交涉联系酒店经理在来酒店的路上，后与通情达理的老总沟通才算顺畅。总体来说：确因突发情况，考验应急管理，问题解决较妥，出行可以备选。

上个月入住该酒店、设施完善而且是新装修的，位置也好找，出酒店就能看到江景，客房服务员刘惠芳为我们介绍了龙游石窟、民居苑、天池荷花景区、年年红特色小镇、三门源古村落白佛岩瀑布、六春湖等耐心细致，我们都去了个遍玩了两天很开心，好多景区都不收费的，回酒店有遇见该服务员询问龙游特色小吃她又不厌其烦地指引路线，微笑特别甜在这表示感谢，有这样的员工定会给酒店带来巨大效益相信会有提升机会的 .下次来龙游会是不二之选.谢谢！

非常推荐 早餐种类很多 酒店环境舒服 装修风格为欧式 细节舒服 房间大 洗手间大而方便 各种满意 窗帘居然是自动的 床头有插座 充电超方便 酒店餐厅也方便 人均五十可以接受 完全符合我的重口味 服务也好
