酒店设施比较陈旧，但是整体这个价位也算可以，属于供电局酒店。没有免费的沐浴液。但是带免费早餐。

3月28日我和朋友下午5点15分来到星源酒店，前台服务员说我没有预定房间，我们没有跟艺龙合作。我25号在艺龙预定成功的，硬是要我办她们酒店的会员卡，说也是125元一晚，我在艺龙预定成功的，我不办他们的会员卡，我拿出艺龙发给我的短信给她们看，他们两个前台服务员5分钟也没有作声，不理也不踩，看到我十来分钟没有填她们酒店办会员卡的单,在前台等,她们两个前台服务员没办法，只好打个电话问，然后告诉我，是订了房间。我才入住，服务怎么这么差呀？是不是有后台？设施比较旧，房间干净，但有专业的停车场。
