酒店地理位置优越，处于市中心，第一次来娄底出差，对娄底不熟，询问了前台服务员李赛辉，介绍了当地特色菜。走的时候提前帮我开好了专票，比较专业。下次朋友来出差首选介绍，早餐也比较丰富

服务感觉在我住过的华天系里是最棒的了，不管保洁、前台以及礼宾部都和蔼可亲。要挑毛病的话，停车引导还有所欠缺，保安完全不指挥，另外以前入住早餐在2楼，现在在1楼咖啡吧，不管是种类还是品质都有所下降。
