服务确实有待改进尤其是前台。开房不告之电梯需刷房卡，结账单弄错，张冠李戴。总之，雇员责任心差极了！如果没有改进迹象，我不敢再住了！

总的应该还算好吧，房间可以，就是酒店预订部和艺龙感觉没太沟通好，回复时间拖得有点长，不过前台服务态度挺好，还算值得入住吧。
