我是在艺龙网预定的这家酒店，明明下单成功，到店办入住手续的时候，前台居然说没有这回事，害我白白等了半个多小时，这也就算了，最气人的是，连wifi都连不上，打电话给前台派人处理，😂一直从入住到退房还在处理，根本就无作为。再也不会选择这里，从服务到设施比等级酒店差太多了，谁住谁后悔！！！

正规三星酒店设施。酒店不提供免费洗发水和沐浴露，如需要只能向酒店购买。向酒店咨询为何如此，回答为了环保。难道我使用自带洗发水就环保了？难道我向酒店购买洗发水就环保了？难道我不洗澡就环保了？醉了。
