我是刷的预授权，退房时前台说只扣我的房费，回来后查信用卡多扣了，打电话去酒店他们承认多扣了，说好退回我指定的帐户，可十多天了还不见退款，明明在预订单上写好了价格居然多扣，酒店是不应该出这样的差错的，有点失望

酒店在新化新区比较繁华的大街，装修中档，感觉很好，唯一不好的是酒店的毛巾非常旧，感觉没洗干净，还有早餐种类太少，其他都比较满意。
