我们是2018年4月19日至21日入住的。对这个酒店总体感觉，六个字：干净，安静，安全！
前台服务员，态度很好！负责清扫卫生的工作人员，普通话很棒！介绍当地景点，很热情，很负责，很耐心！当然啦，我们也很受感动啦！
21日离店结账以后，我们将旅行箱寄存在前台，前台工作人员非常负责，使我们很受感动！天正下着雨，工作人员非常热情地借给我们雨伞！我们出门办事回来以后，一个美女还双手递给我们两杯热开水，很温暖啊！我走南闯北几十年，还是第一次在结账以后有工作人员递给我热开水喝呢！
下次去栾川，还会住在这家酒店，我也会向亲友们热情推荐这家酒店的！

栾川县最规范的宾馆了吧？自有餐厅。干净卫生，服务员礼貌周到。退房时居然不查房，只问了一句：自费用品用了不？就让走了。押金也都不用。神了！但没有独立空调，这点不太方便。
