差评！垃圾服务！东西忘房间里，服务员收拾房间看到也不通知而是放了起来，最后又特地跑回去才找回来！退房时还以毛巾脏了为理由扣了二十块钱！我们都是自备毛巾的，根本就没有动房间里的毛巾！我看到有别的客人也遇到这样的情况，大家都不要再来这家黑店！如果一定要入住的话提醒大家走的时候注意带齐自己的随身物品，住进去的时候先检查一下毛巾是不是脏的不要被骗！

被其他人好评给拐过来了。。。不废话，这是第三次来重渡沟也是住宿体验最差的一次。首先办理入住时因为对方pose机卡纸在已经扣过钱的情况下不让走，硬生生在前台等了20分钟。然后晚上到前台买零食和饮料时看到有微信扫码支付却被拒绝使用，理由是几十块钱消费不能用，那你还贴出来干什么！最恶心的就是房间水管只有热水而没有凉水管不出水！大家都知道热水管的水肯定不能用来烧开水，没关系我忍了用矿泉水，洗澡水又烫又小我也忍了，但早上睡醒发现因为凉水管不出水居然马桶水箱无水可冲简直给人恶心死！真是受够了，马上办理退房去景区公厕解决。不论是我运气不好属于个案，还是其它因素，以后来重渡沟再也不会住这种需要拼人品的客栈了！

虽然仅仅是办理了入住手续，还没过夜，但是就感觉非常满意舒服，后悔的是没有邀请三五好友一起把酒言欢，一定会再来，再来就住这里！
