  十分满意，淡季来，老板帮忙升级了房间，然后还送了好多吃的，送了用的，也送了伴手礼，真的太太太太客气了，服务特别好，十分满意的一次住宿！（店里的咖啡也非常好喝，老板説免费无限次喝，而且要走了还给我打包带走路上喝）

  随便选的一家民宿，却收获了大大的惊喜！别院的设计独具巧思，颜值超高，处处都能感受到用心。位置就在磨西古镇中心，步行到游客集散中心不到十分钟，晚上出门吃宵夜、逛古镇都超方便。 服务品质也很高，从入住前的贴心准备，到入住期间的细致照料，再到退房时的精美伴手礼，每一个环节都让人倍感温暖。入住期间还能免费喝到香醇的咖啡，让我们几个咖啡脑袋幸福感直接拉满，推荐给大家！

  宾至如归！！宾至如归！！ 完全超预期～工作人员都跟nice！！晚上到的晚，前台妹妹在门口等，我以为是谁在等别人，结果是等我！！！ 还提前帮忙开了空调，进门就很暖。 小朋友也超级喜欢～ 欢迎水果+小食，咖啡茶水，离店伴手礼，各种暖心问候…都体现在细节里。

  跟别院的相遇是磨西古镇上偶遇的惊喜，措不及防的秋假，原计划没想着到海螺沟，本想去喇叭河被人流劝返，临时改道海螺沟，在携程上看了半天被别院吸引，到了房间更觉得惊喜，房间乾净，舒适，有调性，细节做得很好，酒店位置也好旁边就是教堂和博物馆，离景区入口也近，更惊喜的别院的服务，房间的水果小吃和茶点能洗去旅途的疲惫，夜间老公想吃橘子也是热心的送了一大盘，早上离店更是准备了丰富的路早和伴手礼，顾客满意直接拉满！海螺沟作为甘孜州第一个5A，值得去走走，而别院更是旅途中值得去小息的体验！
