极差的入住体验！大老远跑来告诉我订单取消了！原因是晚到店20分钟！既然我没有取消订单，那酒店难道不能打电话确认一下吗？酒店告知是看不了客人联系方式（怎么可能看不了联系方式？那之前其他酒店怎么通知我的），艺龙告知酒店没有义务通知我。总之一次极差的入住体验！
