卫生间淋浴管道喷水，总台服务员忽悠，没有解决问题的诚意，475元的房价比不上一般商务酒店，值价不符。旅游旺季，价格高一点可以理解，但是希望提供完整产品给消费者。另外，没有看见主题文化酒店的评定机构，是不是擅自使用称谓我不敢说，希望酒店对客服务能够“一切以宾客为重”。

2后经我与客服反馈以后，前台告知我查询到了
3前台直接给我开了一个家庭房
4我在网上付了600+，两个标准间，竟然给我一个家庭房
5后，我又欲与客服联系，前台又告知我查询到了
满满的套路，差评。
