一个没有服务的酒店，订房已经是凌晨了等了半天没有收到确认，后来打电话催了携程好几次，携程一直回复帮忙确认中，后来直接去了酒店，酒店前台还在睡觉，我和朋友走到前台告诉在网络上预定过了，前台接待爱理不理的，到房间后我知道无语，估计上一个客人退房后就直接换了床单被罩吧，房间地毯都是垃圾，而且枕头上还有几根很长的头发，严重差评
