说实在的，酒店设施对不起喜来登这个品牌，不够人性化。1，看书台的那把椅子靠背太直，椅子布料光滑，坐上去不舒适还会往下滑，没办法坐。2，床头没有手机充电的地方，很不方便。3，酒店提供的免费充电器数量较少，登记房间时借用，被告知免费的借完了，如需使用可以购买15元一个。这种物件说实在的，连普通的快捷酒店每个房间都会放置一个。4，中午14:00左右在艺龙订的房间，而且订完就收到了确认短信，但是晚上18:00登记房间时查不到订单，后来经核实是工作人员没有处理，对于这一点，酒店前台竟没有一句抱歉的话，非常失望！登记房间，耽误我半个多小时的时间。
