住这么多次酒店，是住的最差的一次，没有之一。
1.我在酒店16层住，不知道蚊子还是虫，咬的全身浮肿，更不要去想低层。
2.服务态度差的根本就不像是五星或者豪华，也是住的最差的一次体验。首先去住时给算错价格，修改时花了好几分钟，并不是因为忙，当时就我一个顾客，而是效率低。第二酒店说的有免费的下午茶，没人知道，我过去服务员都不知道，最后问了酒店说免费，结果我坐了十分钟没人理，我去问一个主管模样的，她还反问我，当时她是在场的。后来我投诉了，只找了一个最基层的服务员赔礼道歉，你们的主管去哪了？？？所有的服务过程都可以查录像，看看你们从头到尾都是有问题。大堂还写了一个投诉流程，投诉电话呢？？？最差的一次住宿。
