这应该是住的酒店里面最扯淡的了，两天前网上订的房间，入住第一天就对前台告知自己要住好几天，前天回应可以接着网上订或者每天来前天续交房费，第二天早上正常去交了房费，第三天早上准备续交房费时，前台告知这个房间今天已经让其他客人预定了，跟前台争论一翻无果，果断退房！ 我只想说，在客人没有退房的前提下，把房间就已经留给了其他人，合适吗？ 我查询当天艺龙网上同样的房间一样有空房！！ 前台告知可以可以换其他房间，但是比这个价格高，呵呵，你们酒店就是这样搞笑啊，不是房间贵贱，只是你们酒店的这个处事方式，相信以后不会再去。。。
