我第一次住，我网上订的是商务单间，但是我上楼后发现是特价的98元的标间，我花了128住了98的房子，前台打电话让我在网上退房，然后按98元入住。你都接单子啦。都显示已经入住啦。我怎么退。还说我在网上订不好，下次直接打给他们电话订，要不是因为第二天我有考试要复习，我会维护自己的权益，坚决换房，我感觉都亏，花了一百多住了90多的房。我要订的是单间单间呀。还有那个给我办理的前台，短头发的女的，态度一点都不好，叫她不理我，最后处理的是个男的，态度语气都很好。

好久之前住，那时候感觉效果还不错，以前也住过，这是二次入错，环境都挺好的，坐车的话，公交车不太方便，开会，嗯，就是环境好
