硬件条件基本不错，可能是除夕入住的原因，工作人员少，客房服务有点跟不上，房间的无线网一直连不上，来了个人看了下也不会解决。房间电话内线打不了，问前台，居然回答，不能自己花一毛钱用手机打吗？内线电话是摆设，客服回答令人气愤，一个上档次的酒店就这么掉价了，可惜。

从价格上来说，这家酒店性价比较低。从装修、设施上根本不值这个房价。如果不是因为罗平油菜花的季节，估计入住的客人也不会多。位置比较好找，下了国道就是。酒店的服务人员，服务态度还是不错的。

酒店硬件设施很好，能看出是县城里不错的酒店，但是周围比较荒僻，距离景点和看油菜花的地方很近，在酒店都可以看到油菜花，可是吃饭什么的都只能在酒店里，好在有自助早餐，年夜饭在酒店吃的，价格比在大城市里偏贵，四个人感觉没吃什么花了近四百。
