首先我对店家的态度感到很恶心，我在网上订好了，去到那里她告诉我没房间了，我定的豪华单人间，她却在旁边招呼别人给别人拿套房，我问他爱搭理不搭理，还说怕我投诉她，有一间房给我一间算了，要不是当时快晚上12点了，谁要住她那个死人酒店啊，隔音又不好，一些人在外面鬼吼鬼叫的，真是够了，草，其次酒店毛巾跟垃圾有什么区别，你们自己看
