酒店真的不错。舒服干净卫生房间有冰箱，服务超好。你去哪里都会有人带着你，晚餐在酒店吃的。吊锅288块6个人没吃完 味道也不错 真的最舒服的一回。吃完饭回到房间发现 送了水果。拖鞋摆好 浴袍挂好 地垫也铺好了 真是贴心

周边环境宜人，酒店设计新颖，风格独特，房间温馨舒适。由于太喜欢酒店，又在山上留宿一宿。服务周到，早餐晚饭都在酒店解决的，湖北吊锅口味不错。非常满意。

想不到大别山白云深处有这么好的一家藏龙度假酒店，依山而建，面朝大别山主峰。门前两棵老枫树，霜叶红于二月花，一池秋水映半池黄金色艳！有图为证！

服务一流，外部环境一流，内部装修是典雅的风格，餐厅的自助早餐很丰富，午餐晚餐都很美味。我们住在酒店的时候都是在这里吃的。最最重要的是这里的水是山泉水，纯天然，甜甜的，就是泡一般的立顿绿茶都非常好喝！

来之前，打了几个电话来酒店，接电话的小伙非常有礼。非常喜欢这家酒店，设计独特，设施不错。环境好，也非常干净。酒店服务非常不错，服务人员非常有礼。酒店的菜也好吃，在这里入住两天都在酒店吃的。孩子想吃烧烤，晚上天有些冷了，经理，烧烤厨师，服务员为我们一家三口服务，很感谢！非常适合度假，和朋友小聚，已推荐给朋友。自家也会再来小住。
