酒店环境在闹市但很安静，干净卫生，睡的好得很，是标准的闹中取静，每一个房间里还有一个沙发躺床，非常不错，房间较大，走廊还有古色古香的瓷瓶来装饰，有点艺术，没有电梯，还可以锻炼身体，特别是早上还下起来大雪，大别山的雪是第一次见啊

去了被告知订的3间大床房同程没确认下单，打电话给同程，同程说不好意思，可能忘了确认，坑爹啊，3个家庭带着孩子住标间，晚上没睡踏实，生拍孩子掉床，辜负对你们的信任，不给个说法，绝对最差评，近20人卸载同程旅游app！
