位置佳，与市政府、开元湖周六音乐喷泉、泉舜购物中心近在咫尺。酒店硬件设施较为老旧，布草发黄有洞，电脑不能正常使用，地毯脏污。早餐种类少，品质一般。退房发票仍然不能立即开具，仍然以邮寄作答。可4月初入住的发票到现在还没收到呢

位置绝佳，洛阳市政府、开元湖音乐喷泉、泉舜广场近在咫尺。硬件设施老旧，客房布草发黄有洞，地毯脏污明显，电脑不能正常使用，电视频道只有不到二三十个，隔音差，卫生间布局与床太近，灯光排风影响休息，早餐品种较少。发票不能即退即开，答复需补寄。但之前4月份曾入住过的发票一直未收到。
