優點：
1. 巷口有酒店的立型招牌, 很顯眼所以很容易就可以找到
2. 房間很大設備齊全，很舒適
3. 附近交通方便, 甚至有直達龍門石窟的公車(雖然要坐一個鐘頭才能到, 哈!)
4. 位於舊城區, 如果出遊的行程或出差的目的地在舊城區的話可以選擇
5. 位在廣州市場, 有許多小餐館、飲料店
缺點：
1. 本人正好住在房務員辦公室旁的房間，較吵雜
2. 浴室中有小蟲子和極小的蜘蛛
3. 房務員每天九點前就要來打掃，對於喜歡晚出門的我造成干擾
