前台小姑娘态度挺好的，就是有个老一点的估计是老板娘吧说话口气特别冲，当时定房间的人多，开好房间问几楼，她凶巴巴的说，别吵，一个一个的讲！定个标间还没有窗户，问的时候还说，我们这里的标间都没窗户！其他房间有抽烟的，烟味跑进去熏的人脑子疼。真不喜欢这样的前台服务，开门做生意哪有这个态度的？

帮朋友订的，他说不好，房间有异味，热水不够热，服务员未提醒交的押金能退的，他以为抵房费（他没住过网上订的酒店），直接离店，等于花了200多
