  我是亲子房，两张1.5米床。这里是新区，的士司机说你们旅游的应该住老区，打车方便，车费少。的确住这里距离每一个景点有点远，除了洛阳博物馆。酒店白天2分钟一个的士吧，夜间4点半打滴滴去老君山，有司机接单。这里洗澡热水等15分钟才有。有暖气，冷气。我是5月中来的。早餐份量大，还有雨伞借。另外龙门石窟不好叫车。酒店对面有大超市，买水果。建议厕所和洗澡房中间贴个白膜。

  订单下后没多久就收到酒店的电话，询问要不要停车，并发来联系短信。到后店长亲自下来接我们，带我们去停车，很贴心的服务，必须点赞，房间设施很满意，出行方便，离隋唐植物园很近，过马路就到了。

  酒店位置佳。中国国花园，隋唐遗址植物园近在咫尺。到其他著名景点距离也不远。下次来还会光顾。老板娘态度热情，服务到位。

  个人不太喜欢麻烦别人，但是有要求电话一打前台就帮忙了，比如清理卫生，比如微波炉热东西。。住了3晚，第一天入住还主动给介绍游玩攻略，送了4瓶水。环境不错，地理位置优越，离各个景点都很近，新区街宽地阔不拥堵。走的时候免查房，直接退卡很方便省事。美中不足是有洗衣机没晾衣的地方，洗的衣服在柜子里晾也不太合适啊。还有布拖鞋，不是一次性的，三晚一人一双布拖鞋穿到离开，拖鞋还要回收继续用。。。以前住的酒店每天发一双一次性布拖鞋，用完直接扔掉或者自己带走，感觉这样卫生一点。

  首先说位置，邻接建业·美茵湖和左岸国际大厦，是一家新开设的高层连锁酒店，当地知名度还未推广开来。其次说服务，去时前台只有一位小姐姐在班，人很热情，也很温和，主动给客人介绍酒店情况、当地特色等，有问必答，雨天有伞，当晚还借用了前台同事的笔记本电脑来着...总之服务招待这一点倒是做得很好。再就是房间环境，由于我订的是景观大床房，窗户朝向洛河方向，洛阳美景可以尽收眼底，令人心旷神怡。房间内有两个洗漱台，一个洗衣机，不过不知道是我摆弄姿势不对还是什么原因，第二天洗浴发现没有热水，当时赶着也没有跟前台说。早餐是次日外送到房间的（入住时可以自选），不过还是建议酒店方面弄出一个餐厅，连锁酒店做大做强餐食外送肯定是不行的。如果非要说说缺点的话，那可能就是初次去时位置不是能直接找到，多问问就找到了。以上。
