酒店前台服务态度不是很好，一点也不热情，位置环境都还可以。可能因为疫情刚开业，抽纸也没有，牙具也忘记了，打电话问wifi密码，还打了好几次，没有具体标识，室内太干燥，也没有通风，总体体验感一般。

疫情期间酒店管理非常到位，来洛出差第一次入住，房间很温馨，设施完善，卫生细节也很好，有专人负责引导车位，前台静姐专业态度很不错，酒店性价比超高，以后就定点云舍了[微笑]

这是我来洛阳入住服务最好的一家酒店，房间干净卫生，明亮安静，酒店有专门的服务管家微信，不管多晚随时可以解答任何问题，这点很人性化，前台的静姐也是贴心礼貌热情专业，有任何都会帮着解决……妥妥的好评，话不多说，入住的朋友可以自己去寻找惊喜吧
