酒店很棒 服务也很好 特别是要夸下酒店前台 我通过艺龙订的 订的时候是到店付 然后写着发票找前台要 结果入住的时候前台提醒我这个没有发票 我打电话给艺龙沟通 艺龙态度很坚定说这个写明了没有发票啊什么什么的 还让我截图证明 因为我看到的就是酒店前台索要发票 反正反反复复跟艺龙沟通很久 前台特别好的说让我先入住 然后慢慢跟艺龙沟通协调 真心很赞 这次艺龙**了 系统出问题没有提醒没发票 反复交涉好几次才妥协帮我跟酒店补差价要的发票 酒店真的很赞 下次一定还住

设施各方面还不错，挺新挺好用。只是我不喜欢地毯，所以感觉地毯不太干净。早餐不错，蛮丰盛的。服务人员也很好很友善。位置好找。总体来说挺满意的。

酒店的服务很不错，房型也很好，房间温度也正好。酒店的位置很好，在市中心，周围环境也很好，有洛阳的周王城广场，广场上还有天子驾六遗址，门票大约是30元每位。酒店对面是洛阳市公安局大楼，下面是东海大酒店，酒店一楼是美食城，很不错的。以后再来还住这里。
