酒店在老城区，离洛阳火车站，洛浦公园等很近，但是离高铁火车站和龙门石窟有段距离，很干净，服务也很贴心，早餐也还好，只是唯一遗憾是不能无线上网

作为地级市的酒店，毕竟花的是挂牌四星的价格，酒店设施没有想象中的好，酒店早餐标准差的远，酒店客房服务很好，打扫房间也很满意，尤其是客房部的大姐送洗衣粉过来，服务让人特别温暖！值得表扬！

酒店的客房部服务不错，但是酒店的设施已经很老了，不符合四星级酒店的标准，洗手间非常狭小。
酒店的餐饮部尤其差，早餐时间是7点到9点，很不符合通常的惯例。早饭选择中连荤腥都没有就算了，其他品种很少，食物看上去很不新鲜，牛奶是奶粉冲泡的，果汁是果珍冲泡的。食物差就算了，服务人员居然在没有烟灰缸的情况下，允许客人吸烟，根本不能符合四星级酒店的标准！
