位置出行方便。对于已经在合肥同时拥有多套住房的人群，如果真像之前大家讨论的，房地产税征收采用累进制、惩罚性的方法（对于拥有多套住房的家庭或者个人，套数越多、税率越高），那估计很多人会把自己的多套住房卖掉，去其他城市了。
这对于合肥市的经济增长，和长远发展都没有好处。
所以当地政府需要出台这样的吸引人才的政策以及区别于其他城市的福利政策来引进人才，未来经济才会向好。
