这是我住过服务最差的一次，明明定的主题房，刚开始说没有了要给我换成标间。在我的一再坚持下，还是给我主题房了。可是明明有房间为何要这样呢，一定要给差评！

总体来说还是不错的。但希望前台人员可以提高自己的工作能力。连续入住四天 第一天下午过了两点回来就打不开房门已已经重制过卡 说是可以了 结果第二天第三天还是打不开房门。每次都询问住到几号。在住到明天才退打电话过来询问今天要不要续住。应该多注意查收看清客人续住或者订单上的日期。询问客人续住问题应该先查看好退房日期记制卡最好直接到退房那天 避免客人总是要跑前台制卡。谢谢
