非常棒的酒店。相信应该是洛阳最好的酒店。酒店9月才开业但是房间一点味道也没有。前台服务很周到，早餐虽然小但是选择都不错。下次来洛阳必定会再选择来这家酒店。

第一次来到这个酒店，前台特别热情，详细得为我介绍了酒店的设施，尤其前台小樊，退房还赠送了伴手礼，这个好评必须给！

酒店位于开元大道和学府街交叉口，交通位置优越，很容易就找到了。周围吃饭的地方多在学府那边，离酒店也不远。
酒店房间设施很新，装修也挺简约的，让人感到舒适。卫生间干湿分离，水压也大。
早餐很不错，种类选择多。
酒店工作人员服务热情，尤其是前台给我留下了较深的印象，其中前台黄林和曹经理服务很热情和专业，其余部门服务也都在线。
作为万豪旗下的酒店还是值得入住的

酒店地理位置非常好，去高铁站只有二三十分钟，前台Queenie小姐姐服务非常好，给房间升级到了行政楼层，虽然是新开的酒店，但是没有什么味道，还贴心配置了空气净化器。第一次来洛阳不知道吃什么好，在Queenie小姐姐的推荐下去试了酒店的自助餐，非常nice! 甜品非常赞，强烈建议这个甜品原地出道!太可了！！退房收到前台送的小礼物，还有手写卡，好用心❤️再次好评！

酒店距离龙门石窟很近，Leon很热心的帮忙介绍关于洛阳的特色和文化，大堂和房间的装修也非常有洛阳特色很适合拍照打卡，入住之前接到了王千小姐姐的电话，提前安排了房间，非常的nice，感觉特别温暖非常推荐！
