爸妈住完回来的反馈：首先好的是交通方便，机场直接搭98车就到了；住房服务态度非常好，房间很干净，服务员都很细心周到，前台非常好的帮爸妈解答疑问教他们坐什么车，还帮忙带爸妈到公交车站；客房饮用水免费，房间也挺大，清理客房的时候看到妈妈有对脏袜子顺便就帮忙洗了非常贴心！！！然后不好的是：牡丹文化节这段时间客人较多的时候，餐厅早餐收费贵，八点半下来吃早餐几乎没有东西吃，服务员还直接说是因为来晚了，又还没到结束时间为什么会没东西吃？！不可理解！后来的客人也是都因为没东西吃而有很大意见！其次，爸妈办理入住时明确问清楚连住三晚吃早餐有没有优惠，前台也明确说没有任何优惠！但是在父母最后一天办理退房时前台竟然又说在前台买就40，餐厅买就48，然而爸妈都已经吃完了！那干嘛不一开始就说！！而且两个人一天多收16块还没什么好吃真的挺无语！！爸妈反馈四百多五百的房费服务和环境设施都挺好，就是早餐这点做的真不好！建议真的要整改！！
