  整体来说挺不错的，小院的私密性挺好，挺适合情侣或者一家人过来泡泡温泉放松一下。但是，还有一些可以改善的地方。前台办理入住的效率有点慢，不能及时分流；如果有针对本地游客不过夜，上午到晚上的整天项目会更好一些。

  和家人一起，多次来凤翔泡温泉了，房间干净卫生，服务特别好，免费赠送了红酒，牛奶，点心，水果等，第二天早上我们没吃早餐，还特意送了酸奶和面包到房间。温泉水质好，寒冷的冬天泡泡室外温泉，格外舒适，老人小孩都喜欢，还会再来 🔔服务：好 🧹卫生：干净 🍃环境：安静舒适 🚗 交通：方便

  挺好的，虽然硬件一般般，但是服务没得说，服务员们都很热情，早餐也很丰富，可以在房间点火锅吃，还送了水果牛奶和红酒 床品也挺干净的，屋里也很暖和，就是疫情防控措施不到位，都没有让扫码

  洛阳凤翔温泉，每年暑假都要带孩子打卡的地方。环境好，服务好，孩子玩的很开心。（服务真心不错，下雨了服务员打伞为我们送手纸，怕不够用，又回去拿了一次，真心感谢！）早餐自助餐，菜品干净，味道也不错！推荐给大家！

  酒店位置很好找，交通便利，停车场也不小，很便利。酒店环境，设施，卫生打扫的都很不错，酒店的客服员工都很热情，特别是负责房间的大姐，特别的好，很热心，很暖心，工作认真仔细非常棒。有一点美中不足吧，友情提醒一下，虽然温泉是玩水的，用水量很大，但是私汤的堵水塞该更新还就要更新下，水漏了再放，麻烦是小事，就是太浪费啊，尽量在我们愉快开心的同时减少不必要的浪费吧😄
