设施较老不是错，同楼KTV不是错。但灯不亮、小物件损坏、地脏、入住后清洁手套和抹布还在床柜上体现管理问题，本房和隔壁空调均噪音大、KTV营业到1点半体现理念问题，个别电线点裸露、窗无插扣体现安全问题。交通便利很好找，建议仔细看房再说入住。

酒店位置有点偏，停车比较方便，酒店下面有一个ktv，晚上比较吵，预定时候说可以免费唱两个小时，结果去了以后说不行
