本来预订的商务大床，到了之后告诉我说没有房间，原因是被另外一个和我一个姓的旅客住了，请问你们都是不核对身份证的吗，还很不情愿的换成单间，说网上支付的这个价格单间就不错了，从网上订怎么了？如果在网上订就呗“特殊对待的话”，何必非得在网上挂呢？
