玷污了洛阳古都的形象！入住时告诉前台要一间安静干净的房间，结果给安排的临马路，凌晨窗外汽车穿梭不停，楼道里不断有人豪声交谈关门山响，入后发现房间没有水，服务员说房间不送水，出去买了半个西瓜和一个香瓜，吃完洗手后用粗糙的毛巾擦手，结果退房时，服务员告诉前台说毛巾被污染要赔偿，我诧异上楼后用房间的小香皂一搓就把瓜渍洗掉了，问服务员什么理由要赔偿，服务员说：我们不管能不能洗掉，就看是不是你污染了，麻烦服务员大姐，你懂什么是污染什么叫污染吗？拜托去百度一下好不好？照你的意思客人不要用你们的毛巾了用了就污染了就得赔钱，你直接去抢好了！什么叫污染，客人都是肮脏的还是带病毒的污染你什么了？差差差评！表扬23号上午前台服务人员态度好，拉回一点分

酒店交通方便紧临老街步行街和古玩商城，夜晚非常热闹。房间非常干净尤其是热水真心给力又大又热，一天旅游的疲劳洗个热水澡就爽了。不过毕竟是老城区生活不是太方便，除了地方小吃没什么美食可选，想喝点什么就难了不建议爱逛街的人居住。即便是这样还是一信价比很高的酒店，赞一个。
