酒店服务差，卫生更差，居然有之前房客留下的安全套，马桶噪声大，换了个房间，居然发现之前房客留下的烟头！床单，被套，枕头，浴巾等看不到的卫生情况更让人无法相信是干净的，可酒店方却还口口声声说：每天都清洁，房客入住前和退房后都会清洁。难道清洁就是这样清洁的么？

本人自南京到洛阳游玩，2016年10月4日入住，10月6日退房结帐，评价如下：
1、卫生极其差，10月4日下午入住6221室，10月5日晚上在床头与床头柜之间的地面上居然发现之前房客所留下的两个安全套包装袋！！！
随后给换的6210室，可居然发现之前房客留下的烟头！！！可酒店方却说每天都清洁，而且房客入住前或退房后都会清洁，试问，两个房间的卫生都是如此，这就是所谓的清洁的结果么？
外观可看的卫生状况尚且如此，那床单、被套、浴巾等的卫生状况呢？谁敢用？
2、设施差，房间一股味道，马桶噪声大，换的房间马桶还得要把水箱盖拿下来才能冲水！！
3、服务差，在发现6221室卫生问题后，酒店方仅说给清扫下，不是本人提出换房间根本就不会给本人换房间。
在发现6210室存在烟头后，也只是清扫而已。而在10月6日早晨退房结帐时，酒店方居然连道歉都没有！！
鉴于酒店存在以上问题，就此事将讨一说法。

酒店房间干净明亮，晚上在大门口就能看见丽景门的城楼灯光。价格也很实惠，建议选此地方。我住的时候正在安玻璃电梯，所以设施没给满分。
