非常不错的一家酒店，不论是服务还是环境都很不错，我定的精品标准间，由于到的比较早，酒店直接免费给我办理了提前入住，而且还给我升级了房间，并赠送了2天的早餐券，晚上还有果盘赠送，太赞了。这家酒店的交通也很便利不管是去购物街还是景区或者火车站都有直达车，下次如果还去洛阳肯定首选这家酒店

订房的时候问有没有暖气，前台说有暖气，结果根本没有暖气，就是中央空调，而且不制热，死冷四冷的！，
