酒店服务较好，每天都有酸梅汤和水果赠送，房间较温馨，还可以去前台领免费游泳券，酒店在老城区，有免费停车场，离最繁华的地方有一段路，打的6元左右，对面的太婆羊肉味道不错，就是环境有点差。

酒店整体还可以，感觉服务一般，没有人主动理会你！不像是这个档次的服务也可能是我们来的晚了！房间地摊很脏！服务员在我不在的时候送了两杯饮料和水果也没有打招呼！赠送的游泳票礼包也没人告诉我没人给我？？总体不值这个价！br洛阳服务员和出租司机很好！！

本来看着环境还不错，感觉对得起这高价，结果先入住的那间有两只蛐蛐，打电话说找服务员过去看看，后来实在找不到，才换的房间，结果洗澡水还漫了金山寺，唉……
