酒店服务很好，小区外面还有个丹尼斯超市，房间的也很干净，东西都很新，还有阳台，停车也挺方便的，出来玩一趟值了

我是跟老公，一起来玩的，位置挺好找的，而且停车还是免费的，我们住的是高层，旁边能看到高架桥，晚上灯一开很漂亮，还能看到河景，房间也很整洁干净，房间物品一应俱全，以后出来玩就住你家的了

酒店前台挺热情的，属于公寓式酒店，以前在三亚住过，没想到洛阳也有，楼上就可以看见洛河，真不错，房间里还可以做饭，房间卫生也干净，推荐入住。

酒店在新交付的公寓楼里，每层房间的数量都不一样。隔壁房间还在装修中，很吵。公寓的外部正在修高架，早上白天都很吵，环境极差！大家可以自行想象住在一个施工现场边上的感觉！酒店晚上只有前台一个小姑娘值班，而且酒店前台在公寓楼外面的一个小门脸。早上要求保洁多放两个晾衣架，晚上11点回到房间发现没有后跟前台要晾衣架，前台回复保洁阿姨早就下班了……用过的洗脸毛巾，保洁阿姨竟然折叠一下重新挂好，完全不更换…洗衣机在洗衣过程中完全就是水漫金山啊！房间地面全是积水！洗完澡以后洗手间也是水漫金山啊！连个防水帘都木有！整个装修基本就是糊弄！酒店服务的1分是给前台小姑娘的，订了两间房，要求安排在一起，这点确实做到了。
