1，直接加微信发送房间锁密码，无需在前台办理入住手续，方便快捷；
2，房间设施很好很新，简约风格，还有晚安酸奶喝，据说房间请了台湾设计师设计，光硬软装花费16万；
3，退房微信告知办理即可，也很高效便捷；
4，充电线落在酒店，客服微信提醒后，我专程回来取件，客服又开车顺便送我去附近的一个地方，真的很友好很会做服务；
5，整体感觉满意，给个好评。

这是我住过的最舒服的酒店，没有之一。干净整洁，装修特别棒，设施都是全新的。居然还有洗衣机和微波炉！保洁大姐也特别好。住了几天都舍不得走了，感觉就像自己的小家一样。附近珠江路上有很多好吃的，最喜欢牛肉汤。楼下就有公交站，出行很方便。可以骑着共享单车去西苑公园看牡丹，去万达逛一逛，去遍布全城的河洛书苑里坐一坐。真的很喜欢洛阳，以后有机会还要来，来了还住怡心阁
