房间很舒服很安静，工作人员都笑脸相迎，每每遇到问题询问时都能得到热情的回答。特别是前台的甜儿，由于我入住的几天哑了嗓子，特意提供自己喝的护嗓子的茶叶给我，令我感受到家人般的温暖。

服務不錯，有一次下午才出去，喊了打掃，晚上回去沒有打掃到，跟前台說了就送了早餐券，然後打掃完，不知道是我錯覺還是真的，有一條毛巾跟之前用的一樣有個洞～是不是同一條就不知道了～其他的都很好～

酒店位置很好，走路就到王府井。带着宝宝还给了儿童拖鞋儿童牙刷，晚上有粥送到房间，退房时候送水，服务真的贴心。我们住的两天，中央空调没有冷风，特别热，开着窗户外面大卡车一辆接一辆声音非常影响休息，并没有休息好。

夜里完全分不清楚是住在市中心还是高速公路旁边，不停呼啸而过并且不时鸣笛的重型卡车发出的噪音简直让人崩溃，根本无法入睡。空调也坏了。失望透顶。
