酒店位置相当好，就在王府井旁边。服务员态度也很好，见面都会打招呼。您的要求都会努力满足，和蔼可亲，相当好。如果电梯能多一部就更好了，每次等电梯的时间太长了

我们退房的时候，孩子一直问：妈妈，给五星好评了吗？因为孩子也被感动了。从入住送牡丹花茶，主动免费升级亲子房，给孩子拿儿童沐浴液，儿童拖鞋，每天干净的房间，送的水果，矿泉水，夜宵……无不让人感动，图片是我们出去玩，回来的时候发现洗手台上的字条，还有旁边的两袋洗衣液。再拉回话题，忙着退房，顾不上评价，我先生安慰孩子：别急，就算我们没给五星好评，别人也会给的，因为酒店做的那么好，一定有很多象你一样被感动的人。
